Short Sale

For those of you that are looking to buy a short sale property but is frustrated because you never get a response from the seller...here is the deal:
with short sales, because of the timing and process of the property going through short sale, as a buyer, you need be make an offer ASAP but, might have to wait forever before the lender makes any kind of decision!
That's just the way it is, because there are too many files that's going through the banks and lenders right now, that if you want to get a real good deal, u will have to be patient...I think it's a small price to pay for saving lots of money though.
I know it's frustrating and all...but try your best to be patient, they will eventually get to you...it just take a long time sometimes...
