Is now a good time to buy a home?

This is a very interesting questions that many clients had asked me...would like to see what everyone else's take on this issue...

There are several types of first time buyer and home buyer program that will help home buyers get into a home in today's market...with such programs and awesome home prices right now...I think it's a great time to think about buying a home...even if you thought you can't afford it before...It's now time to explore your options...remember, if you try it, you just might get it to work...

Loan program like the FHA requires as little as 3% down payment, and at where they offer in combination of the America Dreams Down payment assistant...I can still get the seller to pay all your closing cost and the 3% required down payment! There are some real awesome deals out there right now for first time buyers!
